1) Members must have an email address and password registered with us when using the services we provide (hereinafter also referred to as "ID, etc.") We will use this.
2) Members are responsible for the use and management of their IDs, etc., and shall not disclose or allow third parties to use them. Members shall be responsible for all actions taken in connection with the services provided by our company, such as their own identity, and for any consequences thereof, regardless of whether the actions were taken by the member themselves or whether the member was at fault.
3) If a member is found to have stolen or lost their ID, or if it is discovered that their ID, etc., has been used by a third party, they shall immediately notify us and follow our instructions.
4) Members cannot have multiple IDs, etc. In the unlikely event that one member is registered as a duplicate member and it is discovered that they have multiple IDs, etc., we may cancel the registration of that member.
5) If a member causes damage to a third party or the Company by fraudulently using a third party's ID or the like, the member shall compensate the third party or the Company for the damage caused by such fraud.
