1) Members must use the services provided by our company and have an email address and password registered with us (hereinafter collectively referred to as "ID, etc.") shall be used.
2) Members shall be responsible for the use and management of their identities, etc. and shall not disclose or allow third parties to use them. The member shall be liable for any act committed by the member himself or herself or whether or not the member is at fault, whether or not the member is at fault, for any act committed by the member himself or herself and the consequences thereof for any service provided by the Company, whether or not the member is at fault, as determined by his or her own ID, etc.
3) If a member finds that their ID or other information has been stolen or neglected, or that their ID or other information is being used by a third party, the member will immediately notify the Company and follow the Company's instructions.
4) Members cannot have multiple IDs, etc. In the unlikely event that one member is registered as a member in duplicate and is found to have multiple IDs, etc., we may cancel the registration of that member.
5) If a member causes damage to a third party or the Company by making unauthorized use of the ID, etc. of that third party, the member shall compensate the third party or the Company for the damage caused by such unauthorized use.
