1) We may temporarily suspend or suspend some or all of our Services without the consent of a Member if:
(1) Regular maintenance, updates, and emergency procedures of this site and its network systems
(2) When service provision is difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster
(3) In other cases, when we deem it difficult to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances
2) If any detriment or damage occurs to a Member as a result of the circumstances set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable for such damage.
