2.【 Transfer request to Tour Master 】 Site administrator
If the retained sales amount has been recorded, you can request a transfer from the site administrator. ※Minimum transfer request amount is 1,000 yen, maximum transfer request amount is 500,000 yen Transfer requests are in 100 yen units Transfer recipients can be registered by going to My Page -> Account Management -> Account Registration.
3.【 Site Master】What to do if you receive a transfer request
3- 1. In the MASE administration screen ( https://service.buttask.com/add ) Transfer information list, create and download a CSV for bank transfer based on a user's request to transfer sales proceeds.
3- 2. Click the Create CSV File for Transfer button to create the CSV file and then download the file.
3- 3. The downloaded CSV file is in the format of the National Bankers Association, but does not contain the information about the transfer source. Please enter it as appropriate. Line 1 is the information from which the transfer was made.

Business days are Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and weekdays excluding the New Year holidays (12/31~1/3). If there are public holidays or New Year's holidays between the transfer application completion date and the transfer date, the transfer date will be just a few minutes away. Please note in advance. What time it is transferred on the day of the transfer date depends on the financial institution to which it is transferred.
