• Q2.　 Can I ask at a stage when a specific tourism plan has not been decided?

  Of course, please feel free to contact us. After asking about the area you want to visit and your budget, our experienced casting directors will suggest the best guide to suit your needs. ( Free consultation)

• Q3.　 How long in advance should I request a guide?

  It depends on the guide, but I often fill in my schedule a month in advance. Popular guides tend to be harder to schedule ahead and have varying levels of difficulty depending on their popularity. For more information, please consult our casting director.

• Q4.　 I'm on a tight budget, can I call a guide?

  We will ask you about your budget and requirements and then suggest the best guide for you.

• Q5.　 Is it possible to meet and discuss with the guide in advance?

  Some guides are able to meet in person and meet with others, while others are not. First, please let our company know the purpose and purpose of meeting with your guide. If possible, we will arrange a meeting with the instructor. However, if it is difficult to schedule a meeting, we will act as your contact point.

• Q6.　 After the guide is over, if we become friends, can I invite you to dinner?

  Any operation that deviates from the guide content as previously arranged is prohibited. Even if there is a problem with the operation other than the guide that occurred between individuals, we will not act as an intermediary. ( Excluding clear illegal activities in the guide)

• Q7.　 After the guide ends, how should I respond to requests for thank yous?

  In addition to the compensation you have arranged in advance, if you ask our company to provide you with a thank you note or other response at a later date, we will take responsibility for communicating this to the instructor.

• Q8.　 What happens if the guide I request is suddenly ill or has an accident?

  If the requested guide becomes unable to operate due to sudden illness, an accident, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will respond in good faith by arranging for an alternative guide whenever possible.
