  A matching service that connects travelers with people who want to support their travels. Recommended for people who want to take a trip that is different from the usual, and for travelers who are looking for a guide to support their travels. In addition, people who want to make local recommendations or who want to make use of their photography and local knowledge can also play an active role.

• Q2.　 Can I contact you even though I haven't decided on my specific travel plans yet?
  

  Of course, please feel free to contact us. After listening to your conditions such as the area you wish to visit and your budget, our experienced casting director will suggest the most suitable guide to suit your needs. (Free consultation)

• Q3.　 How many days in advance should I request a guide?
  

  It depends on the guide, but we often fill out our schedules a month in advance. Popular guides have difficult schedules, and the difficulty level ends to increase or decrease depending on popularity. Please contact our casting director for details.

• Q4.　 I have a limited budget, can I call a guide?
  

  We will listen to your budget and requests and then suggest the most suitable guide.

• Q5.　 Is it possible to meet and discuss with the guide in
  advance?
  

  There are guides who are able to meet and discuss in person and guides who are not. First, please let our staff know the purpose and purpose of your meeting with the guide. We will arrange a meeting with the instructor who is available. however, if it is difficult to secure a meeting schedule, we will act as your point of contact.

• Q6.　 After the guide, if we get along well, can I invite
  him to dinner?
  

  Any requests that deviate from the guide contents agreed upon in advance are prohibited. We will not mediate in the event of trouble arranging from the management of the tour between individuals other than the guide (except for obvious illegal acts during the tour).

• Q7.　 How should I express my gratitude after the guide
  ends?
  

  In addition to the pre-arranged remission, if you would like to receive a thank you note or other items that will be handled at a later date, please let our staff know and we will be responsible for informing the instructor.

• Q8.　 What happens if the requested guide suddenly becomes
  ill or has an accident?
  

  In the event that a requested guide becomes impossible to operate due to sudden illness, accident, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will respond in good faith by arranging a replacement guide as much as possible.
