I'm Shibayama (Shibayama), the manager of the Kaminyu Yamane Residence in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture!

"I want to increase my remote work location options!" With that belief, we opened a workcation base in a quiet mountain village.

From choosing properties to finding construction companies, renovating private homes, and running them, I've been struggling to find a solution.
