This is a cooking class and real-life experience of sukiyaki made with the hugely popular Kobe beef. In addition, at Ikuta Shrine in Kobe, a historic shrine dating back over 1,800 years, we will perform a distinctive water divination to thank you for your connection with today's participants.

Experience origami, a traditional Japanese game, and make the popular origami cranes and shuriken. Once you know your feelings with the participants, it's time for a cooking class.

It is made with sukiyaki minasan, which uses Kobe beef, which is hugely popular in Japan. Fresh Japanese vegetables are cut to make them easier to eat, and the vegetables are given their freshness and nutrition. We also make it with all the wari-shita and dashi, which determines the flavor of the sukiyaki.

In Japan, there are two types of sukiyaki: Kansai-style and Kanto-style, and this time we will make two types at a time.
